This Case of the Quarter consists of a clinical presentation and case summary of myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm with ring sideroblasts and thrombocytosis (MDS/MPN-RS-T). The case discussion presents the salient morphologic features of MDS/MPN-RS-T, reviews the current literature, and focuses on the features critical for the distinction of MDS/MPN-RS-T from similar myeloproliferative and/or myelodysplastic neoplasms.
